FRANCHISE OPERATIONS / MARKETING HEAD

• Qualification: MBBS/Masters with 5 to 7 years’ Experience as Franchise/Marketing Head level in reputable Organization.
• Have sound knowledge & Experience to develop and run Franchise Chain Independently.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the lab franchise, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to protocols.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.
• Foster positive relationships with franchises, providing support and guidance as needed.
