Your key responsibilities will include:

🏛️ Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize hospital space and resources.
🤝 Collaborating with leadership, clinical teams, and architects for comprehensive space plans aligned with our mission.
📊 Analyzing current and future space needs, considering patient volumes and medical technology advancements.
📐 Creating detailed floor plans for clinical departments, surgical suites, patient rooms, and support areas, ensuring compliance with standards.
👷‍♀️ Overseeing plan implementation and coordinating with construction teams for successful execution.
