Aziz Fatimah Hospital: Aziz Fatimah Hospital is the brain child of sitara group industries and is a welfare project of sitara group for the people of Faisalabad. Sitara group of industries is renounced industrial group of Pakistan involved in the production of textiles, chemicals, industrial gases. The hospital was established in 1979 by the group elders and was inaugurated by, the then, President of Pakistan General Muhammad Zia Ul Haq..

Aziz Fatimah Hospital is the 350 bedded general hospital providing services in all the major clinical and non clinical services at nominal charges only and rest of the patient cost is being provided by Sitara Group of Industries. Hospital is recognized by Pakistan Medical & Dental Council as a teaching hospital for AFMDC and House Job in the field of Medicine, General Surgery, Neuro Surgery, Neurology, Urology and Gynecology.
