An independent general Surgical Unit is available in Aziz Fatimah Hospital. Almost all forms of tertiary care surgical facilities are available in the hospital. Operation theatre services are equipped by the latest equipment/instruments and hospital has a model operation theatre.

Department of general surgery has two FCPS and FCPS & MRCS Qualified well experience surgeons who perform all forms of general surgical procedures.

Department Has Three Qualified Consultants With Specially Trained Staff. The Paeds Medical Doctors Are Available Round The Clock. Department Has All The Latest Equipment Of Child Care Such As Ventilators, Incubator, Photo-Therapy Units, Icu Beds, And Exchange Transfusion Facilities.

A Separate Children Emergency Unit Is Also Available Where Round The Clock Emergency Services Are Extended To The Pediatric Patients.

The department has three fcps qualified gynecologists providing medical care to the gyne / obs patients. A senior consultant of the department, provides fertility service to the needy patients. The population welfare services is also extended to the population of the area with special emphasis on antenatal services.

Department provides all the required services of internal medicine, gastroenterology, pulmonary medicine, and cardiology. Department has round the clock facilities of ecg, echo cardiology, gastroscopy and lungs function tests.

Neuro Surgery Department is headed by Dr.Naeem ur Rehman MBBS,FCPS(Neurosurgery).Patients with all kind of cerebral and spinal disorders are examined and providing treatment using the latest neuro imaging with advanced medical facilities like MRI,CT Scan (Multi Slice) for investigations of various neurological complications and swift screening of different parts of the body.
